Spring 2012 Wisconsin Adventure Trail Ride is a Success

Posted in CJ Designs Events, General, Travel Updates on May 26, 2012 by cjracer

Wisconsin Adventure Trail Ride is a Success.

A group of 11 riders took off Wed May 16th for a 1400 mile loop around Wisconsin, all were back home safe, but sore Sunday night.

It’s all NORTH from here.

It was a very warm and dry ride this year.  Temps from 60-95F.

We wandered into Iowa, criss crossing “The Mighty Mississippi” a few times.

Enjoying some great two track that didn’t last long enough, but was well worth the ride to find it.

Running short of daylight, we made a bee-line to Black River Falls.   Very happy to find ”108″ on our route north.

What a fun road, even on Dirt tires.   Arrived in BR Falls in time for dinner and a few beers.   What a great first day.

Clark County Trails.

And we’re on our way. Ready to Roll!

Finished the KTM 950 SE up Tues.  Ready to hit the road.

CJ Designs rear 950 SE Fuel tank – in testing.

Should be a great ride.  We have 11 riders this year and our loop figures out to be around 1400 miles in 5 days.

Safe travels,

Craig

NEW Products to make the CPR KTM LC8 filter even better!

Posted in Product Updates on April 28, 2012 by cjracer

Released back in Feb here.

The Rottweiler Intake System, designed by CPR Fab, is fast growing to be the Top Foam Filter system for the KTM LC8 Engines from 950 to 990.

CJ Designs and CPR Fab have been working hard to gather info and requests from customers to continue to make these even better.

After many requests for an Outer Removable/cleanable Filter membrane, a few prototype versions have started to be developed.

This Filter system just keeps getting better.

I’ll fill you in more as this progresses.

If you want to remove the Plastic Air box, make service times easier and faster, and get more Horse Power from your engine, this is the product for you.  You can find more info here.      Product user Install info and pics HERE!

If have interest in any one of these models, please contact us so we can get you setup on one this season.

Our AWD 450 DS dealer bikes have been delayed a bit, so I won’t be able to do our May T.W.A.T. Ride on it, but I’ll be taking the next best thing……  my AWD 950 KTM ADV!

I’m in full prep mode starting this weekend to get this bike looked over from our last little ride to the Arctic Ocean.  Time to go through the bike and give it a good look over for this seasons travels.   Some new parts will be added and tested for the LC8 crowd.

Follow along as we explore North America aboard our AWD Motorcycles.
